The word Aarogya comes from the Sanskrit language, meaning complete health, or whole health.
The ancient Vedic texts say: “Swasmin Tisthati iti Swasthaha.” This means, One who is in tune with themselves, or who is self aware can obtain complete health. We are not just the physical body, but we are made up of three layers; the Mind, Body, and Soul (energy/higher consciousness).
A healthy individual is someone who is balanced at the three layers. Thus, Aarogya Chiropractic & Ayurveda focuses on the individual’s complete well being. Treatments may range from Chiropractic adjusments, Ayurvedic consultations, nutritional, dietary and lifestyle counseling, and ancient Indian holistic approaches.
